Primo Sport, a premium performance and lifestyle apparel brand, entered 2025 ready to accelerate growth and efficiency. With strong foundations built through quality product design and community-led branding, they partnered with Social Nucleus to elevate acquisition, scale new customer volume, and improve profitability across Meta and Google.
Their 2025 mission was clear: build a structured, high-efficiency performance ecosystem that could scale sustainably—powered by stronger creative variety, smarter attribution, and unified multi-platform optimisation.


The Strategy
Primo Sport’s explosive growth came from a blend of signal precision, creative diversity, and structured automation.
We began by switching to a 7-Day Click (7DC) attribution model. This gave Meta a more accurate picture of true buying behavior, capturing delayed conversions from colder audiences and providing richer data for campaign learning. This shift was critical for stabilizing performance as we scaled spend.
To fuel Meta’s Andromeda algorithm, we focused heavily on creative breadth. We introduced a wide rotation of UGC, product-led, and lifestyle creative, delivering across multiple hooks and placements. This variety reduced ad fatigue and improved relevance, allowing us to maintain efficiency even as we tripled traffic volume.
Operationally, we restructured the account around Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and catalog campaigns, broken out by product and collection. This provided visibility on SKU-level performance and allowed for agile budget movement—scaling best-sellers aggressively while controlling spend where performance softened.
Beyond Meta, Google Ads were rebuilt to align with the same efficiency framework. Campaigns were consolidated for stronger signal flow, and keyword segmentation was refined to prioritize profitable categories. This created a unified system where paid search captured the increased demand generated by paid social.

The Success
The results have been transformative. Between January 1 and Dec 31, Primo Sport achieved a 631% uplift in total sales and a 515% increase in orders year-on-year.
Sessions grew by 262%, but crucially, order volume grew twice as fast as traffic, reflecting a massive improvement in traffic quality and on-site efficiency.
Cross-platform consistency was the key driver. Meta and Google worked in tandem to maintain stable ROAS while scaling volume, proving that with the right structure, you don't have to choose between growth and efficiency—you can have both.

The year’s strategy culminated in a massive Black Friday–Cyber Monday performance (Nov 28–Dec 1). By preparing the account with high-intent audiences and tested creative winners, we were able to scale aggressively when demand peaked.
